1. Change things up in the workplace
Although, this may not exactly be related to your sales, it can brighten your spirits. Try moving people around to different areas within the office. Sometimes a simple change of scenery can be a big motivator. Similarly, this can inspire agents to get out of their comfort zone and collaborate with others. Better yet, this may be a driving force for employees to de-clutter their desks. Less clutter equals more productivity and focus.
You can also try having different weekly presentations from various employees. This is a great way to share strategy and learn new tactics from your co-workers.
2. Spark motivation and confidence
Sometimes an agent’s biggest enemy to consistent sales is themselves — but being motivated and confident can greatly impact their sales strategy for the better. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the daily grind, it can be hard to remember to slow down and celebrate everyday successes, no matter how big or small. Remind your agents to sit back, relax and think about how far they’ve come already.
3. Set realistic goals
If you’re trying to succeed in any business, it’s important to be realistic about which goals are attainable and which are just unrealistic. Try having your agents set one or two long-term goals while also defining short-term objectives that will help them achieve those goals. It may seem like a simple and easy step, but creating an achievable goal can be a huge difference between the lows and the highs.
