JOB DESCRIPTION
We currently have an opening on our outstanding Corporate Services/Sunshine team. This department is responsible for providing customer service, insurance sales, and policy processing directly to the policyholder. Corporate Services /Sunshine manages the policy processing and service for some of ASI largest agency accounts.
Applicants must have strong customer service skills and be able to handle a large call volume. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting customers in obtaining a new insurance policy, providing insurance and coverage guidance on an existing policy, making policy changes, collecting payments, file collection and documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 440 License or the commitment to obtain license within 3 months
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Hours of the position are 8:00-5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

Hours of the position are 9:00-6:00.
