SI is off to an exciting start in 2008. We ended another exciting year in which we celebrated our 10-year anniversary, and were upgraded by A.M. Best, the premiere rating organization for insurance companies, to a rating of A- (Excellent). This accomplishment is attributable to our valued partners and the hard work of each ASI family member.
We built our organization on solid business principles and our staff exemplifies the company's values of Attitude, Speed and Innovation. These core values are the framework for our commitment of service to all our stakeholders and most importantly our customers. ASI is also proud to be represented by thousands of independent agents across the country who not only contribute to their local community but also provide exceptional service.
We truly value the promise we make to our insureds when they purchase a policy from us. We are committed to minimizing the disruption to the lives of our policyholders after a catastrophe. Therefore, we have established a world-class claims unit to service our customers when they need us the most.
ASI is excited to expand and offer our products and services in other states. We plan to enter many new states in the coming years, and look forward to growing our current partnerships and discovering new relationships to build on.
